One idea that I believe Walmart could benefit greatly from is making a reward system for associates. People like rewards. It’s like in their human nature. The main benefit from it would be how much more good work would be done on a daily basis. It’s an easy motivation boost as well as a fun thing. Simply put: when associates know that their hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded, they are gonna invest themselves in it. A reward system could include things like gift cards, extra time off, or even a pay bonus. It makes associates feel valued and appreciated, which promotes a more positive and collaborative work environment. Plus as Walmart measures things only in money, it would save them a shitload of money because less people would quit their jobs.
Finally someone came up with an idea to make things better instead of bi^^hing about stuff.
this is a fantastic idea. a reward system could really transform the work culture at Walmart.
I've seen this work wonders in other companies. When associates feel like their hard work is being noticed and rewarded they're super motivated to put in the effort.
