I have found a work opportunity that suits me better than Walmart and I want to resign. Could someone explain what is the procedure and who do I hand my two-week notice to because I never really learnt?
You’re actually not legally obligated to give any notice at all, but you totally should, to make sure you’re leaving the door open for potential future opportunities. Just hand it written or printed to the People Lead. And good luck with your new job

Hand in your two-week notice to the PL/HR and give notice to all the people you think would benefit from being notified. At least that’s what I did.
