Regional managers are not boogeymen
Folks, you need to realize regional managers are not boogeymen. Whenever we get a visit, about 20 percent of associates are missing. They either use their PPTO, or call in sick, or find some other excuse not to come to the store. I don’t know why they do that. I’ve been here for each visit and I barely got to see the guy each time. It’s just a day like any other for most of us. You’re wasting your days off for nothing.
Yes. They are just too afraid that they will make some silly mistake or say some stupid thing to bother the (in this case, it’s regional manager) regional manager. So they just decide to not show up at all.
They just love to avoid any kind of pressure at all costs.
