I work 4 days a week, 32 hours and I work hard. I love Walmart! Why can't I have a raise without promotion? Why can't I be blessed for the extra I put in? Also there are 50 surveys that speak of me from customers. WHY CANT I BE REWARDED FOR THAT? It's against the rules to reward us for surveys but it helps get management there bonuses? Why don't the little people get anything when we excel? Just wondering
I know, there is no incentive for the little guy but a market manager makes 160,000. I would think since I'm self checkout and I deal directly with the customer that would be more important.
