Guys is there any news about the walmart stocker pay? I asked people in my store and they said they hadn't heard any rumors about it increasing. I'm asking this because if there isn't, I'm done bro. Like I'm really done. I don't want to do this anymore for this amount of money. I'm sure you already know that being a stocker is not one of the best jobs at Walmart. It isn't worth risking my health over a ridiculous pay like this. You develop back problems and leg problems over a job that pays you way lower than you deserve and while doing your job, you get to deal with the laziness of other associates and the cockiness of the managers. I just hate when someone gives me orders while I'm trying to lift heavy items and struggling to stand up. Like if it's too easy to take orders and do a deadlift at the same time, you try to do it! Then talk as much as you want to.
Bro you're just a stocker stop acting like a brain surgeon 😭
Just a stocker?? How the he^l is Walmart going to make money if nobody does the stocking? Do you have any ideas??
There is never going to be a day in this world when people are not doing stocking at Walmart. It's not the importance of the job that you do, it's the importance of YOU. You walk out to the street you will immediately find someone who can replace you. So you are not a rare diamond and that's why your pay isn't as high as you think it should be.
Truth hurts.

What bothers me the most is if I don't do what I do, the store is COOKED. Yet I still don't get paid at the same level as my value.
