Putting up people to work without need
Why do sections like Meat and Produce and many more have an overnight shift? It’s just a waste of people’s time and health and I feel it’s sooo unnecessary…
I totally agree with you. I see my daughter struggling everyday, missing out on nights out with her friends etc. just to be awake the whole night and do nothing she can’t do in the morning.
And what’s worst of it all salaries are larger for third shifts which means Walmart’s losing money on it :O And if there’s someone that is careful with money it’s Walmart.

You should not underestimate sections like that. You mentioned Meat and Produce and I can tell you it’s a very high maintenance job, everything always needs to be clean and the meat needs to be ready for selling the moment the store opens.
