Okay, so a few weeks ago I have put in a request for my regular two weeks vacation I always do, and note that I've always done it without a single problem. But this time I only got approved for one week, so I talk about it with coach and he just tells me it's a done deal and if I want that I can talk about it with the store manager. I go down to the store manager and he immediately starts busting me for some of the largest cap I've ever heard in my life. He confronts me about me apparently never having the shelves properly stocked, which is such a big lie, and he immediately told me that he has been working for half a year without using a single day of PPTO. It was pretty obvious that he was trying to guilt trip me for taking my vacation. After this I have decided that from now on I will not treat it as a request, but a notification that I won't be coming to work for a specified amount of time :)
