People need to set some boundaries

People seriously need to start minding their own business. My son has a problem that needs to be solved with a psychiatrist and I have to be able to take him to his weekly appointment every week as his parent, but there was some problem with scheduling and because my child is my first priority I called out at work and today I came to million of questions about where did I go and what was so urgent that happened that I had to leave work. Of course I don't want to talk about my childs problems with strangers I work with and I was very nervous that day so I brushed them off and now I feel kinda bad about it, but still I believe it's their fault for sticking their nose in my private life.
