"I've been pleading for full-time hours, but it's like talking to a brick wall. Instead of getting the hours I need, they keep slashing them, leaving me consistently overworked and short-staffed. And don't even get me started on the pay—no matter how much extra effort I put in, I'm still making the same as coworkers who barely lift a finger. What's worse is the false promises. They keep dangling the carrot of full-time status in front of us part-timers, but it's always ""next month"" and never materializes. We're ready to contribute more, but they won't let us. And the audacity to bring up my disability in discussions about promotion? Absolutely unacceptable. I should have taken that straight to HR. To top it all off, while we're struggling, management's off on vacations, cutting our hours even more. It's beyond frustrating. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of BS? Any advice on how to handle it? Appreciate any support or words of wisdom."
