Not having a mess
Not having a mess or chaos scares me at Walmart. I used to want times like these but whenever we have a crowded store and everybody actually does their job and there is no drama, I kinda get scared I don't even know why.
I mean isn't it kind of showing that you are a good associate? Whenever things going well you are worried about if you forget something for example or if you are late for something etc. This just shows you are about your work and the responsibilities that come with it.
A poor walmart store associate shouldn't be worrying about things bruh. There are managers for that who get paid to worry.
Yea you're right. Some people are wired to think like a manager I guess.
That's correct. I wish we were getting paid the same amount of money as these managers.
If you complain about it, then don't act like a manager. Nobody is asking you to. Just do your job and move on.
