Hey everyone, I was hoping to get some insight into the Walmart electronics associate job. A friend of mine is thinking about applying, but we don’t really know anyone working in that department to ask about it. They’re curious about what the day-to-day looks like. Is it mostly helping customers or stocking shelves? Do you need to know a lot about electronics already, or do they train you for that? Also, how stressful is it compared to other roles at Walmart? If anyone here has worked as an electronics associate or knows someone who has, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience. Trying to help them figure out if it’s a good fit before they dive in.
They don’t expect you to be a tech genius, but having some basic knowledge definitely helps. Most of the training is hands-on

I worked as an electronics associate for a while. It’s a mix of helping customers and stocking, but customer questions can get intense if you don’t know much about tech
