Need extra pay
I need an extra pay because the training system of Walmart absolutely su^ks. So I have to be the one who is training Walmart associates on the job. If I'm the one who is doing this sh*t then I might as well get paid extra you know?
You are 100% right. I have been "ask" to clean the restroom, organize the backroom areas, and many other things.

Remember what item is at the very end of your job description: 'Will accomplish extra tasks as assigned by management'....that is how you get extra jobs with no additional compensation. Nice, huh?
