My store is utterly disorganized
I swear, there are enough people to get everything done fully and in time. There are enough people to cover all areas. Understaffing is not an issue here. But when you have TLs and up who have no idea what they're doing, you get complete chaos. I'm a deli/bakery stocker and I can't remember the last time I actually stayed there for longer than an hour. But not just me! There are three of us on the first shift and at times all three of us are directed to do something else. Why? Nobody knows. I just can't with the leadership here sometimes...
My store is pretty neat, no thanks to overnighters. That's all I'm gonna say about it.

Rare are the stores where the TL holds everything together, so I would say being unorganized is the norm at most of the stores. I would try to get used to it if I were you.
