My pay is well earned

I’m an SM at Walmart. Yes, I earn more than most but there's a good reason for it. I have many more responsibilities than anybody under me, and yet I still find time to help out all around the store - even though my wife hates that I keep lifting heavy stuff with my back. I can't help it. I can't sit still while there are things to be done. And yes, I'm well paid for it, but I think it's well earned. So if you hate SMs for making more than you do, please take this into consideration.

Your pay at any work is parallel to your responsibility and duties. I don't see why anybody would have an issue with that.

You’re not a billionaire after all. Your life has challenges too. And lucky for you that you are getting paid for the challenges that you face at work. That's perfectly okay in my book.

It su^ks when people can just google your salary and find out how much you're making. I don't like people up in my business like that.
