Morally stuck
You bust your a^s to do your job fast and well, thinking maybe it’ll pay off, and for a reward you get more work. Meanwhile, the people dragging their feet get away with doing the bare minimum while you’re stuck picking up the slack. It’s so backwards. The faster and better you work, the more they pile on, until you’re doing double what everyone else is doing. Honestly makes me want to slow down and just slack like the rest of them.
