Is it that weird that I literally don’t know who my TL is? Like, they got changed a million times in the past few months, and I think we don’t even have one right now. I’m reading some posts here and every other post is about associates talking about their problems with the TL while I wouldn’t even be able to recognize mine on the street.
I know who my team leader is but I rarely speak to him. I just don’t like him and I think he doesn’t like me back either so we just keep the connection non-existent. I don’t really feel like I’m missing out on anything so yeah, neither are you I guess.
It all depends on personal experience. Some people get along with their managers and some don't.
