It's another Saturday and it probably will be a sh^tshow at the store. So bring it on. I'm not even sure if I care anymore. Normally I would feel stressed in the morning on these types of days but I didn't feel that way for a loooong time. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not but it's the way it is.
Adapting to a toxic working environment is not a good thing
What else can a walmart associate do? Start a revolution?
Do not normalize the poor treatment that you get from everyone at the store. That should be a good start.
Not everybody is getting poor treatment from everyone at the store. Speak for yourself. Making it look like every walmart associate is under oppression is definitely not a good start.
