Lead by example, not by crying

I can’t stand any manager criticizing me about my performance, when all they do is tell people about how things should be or look like. Managers, admit it. You don’t work as hard as the people under your control. I don't respect anyone unless they put goods on shelves with me at least once. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a pain in the a^s at work. I do as I hear but I just have no respect for these people.

They don’t get paid to put stuff on shelves with you my friend. Everybody has responsibilities at Walmart. It may differ, but it doesn’t mean that they got it easier than you do.

You are responsible for the goods, they are responsible for the goods, AND YOU. They wouldn't get anything done if they only spent their time criticizing people. Does that really make sense to you?

They don't work as hard as none of these stockers or cashiers I don't care what you say.

Couldn't agree more. I hate it the most when they try to teach me how to do my job, when they clearly have less experience than me at this.

Someone less experienced than you at your job is your manager. Shouldn’t you look into the mirror knowing this, instead of complaining?

Why would it be my fault if Walmart is full of unfair pricks?

Of course they will criticize you. They have every right to. That's why Walmart pays them, to demand more from you in order to get the best version of you.
