Laziness in Walmart
My main concern in Walmart is how lazy this generation is. Almost all the teenagers to 23 year Olds are bringing the company down because they don't actually want to work. I'm an older woman and I run circles around them all. But because of the "sensitivity"generation we have to be careful on how we get rid of them. How is it that because you want to be sensitive it also means you don't have to do what you're being paid for?
i hear you,thats how it is at the Walmart i work for too. The younger generation jut wants to be on their phones and wanderat work all day!!! Its very sad for them when they get a real job there not going to know what to do!!
They want to achieve everything while putting in no work.
Old heads getting mad I love it
Maybe you should listen some old head for things to get better for you

"getting rid of them"? slave-like state of mind!!! good luck with running circles. we are just normal people in this overly capitalistic he^l. you can work your a^s out though, we don't mind at all!!
