Not every TL is out to mess with you. Sure, some of them let their big egos take the wheel, but there's plenty who genuinely wanna lend a hand. There are managers who actually give a damn about people's growth, whether it's within the company or beyond. Loads of folks are rooting for you to level up and take charge of your own path. Me, as a coach, I thrive on seeing folks reach for the stars. I dig delving into people's dreams, boosting 'em up, helping 'em hone their skills, and smashing their goals. It breaks my heart scrolling through all those Reddit horror stories about jerks tearing others down. That ain't right, man. Chin up! Even if it's just a job for now, you're gaining skills you'll carry with you. That's resume gold, baby. You're all rockstars! Don't let the negativity drag you under. There are still some real-deal coaches in this company who genuinely give a damn! :)
