It's just sad
A coach just started crying in front of everyone because of the stress that he's experiencing. The reason for the stress is that he never has anyone available for any department. After this I just realized that this place su^ks for everyone. Not just the associates.

They don't care about anything but cutting costs and making more money
The worst part is no one is getting an extra pay for their hard work. Your coach can cry 7 days a week if he wants too and can be worried about how is he going to organize all of this but that doesn't mean they will pay him extra money. On the other hand, any walmart associate who does 4-5 different things a day will not receive additional pay either. It's just a fu^^^d up thing for everyone but not for the people on top.

That's why not a single walmart associate should go above their pay grade for these ungrateful pricks who doesn't care about anybody but themselves.
Only way for them to continue with this kind of bullsh*t is that it works. Once the store goes mayhem mode then they will have no choice but to hire more people.
Or they will fire their current associates and replace them with new ones 🤷🏿♂️
They can't fire everybody
