There is this guy that I work with at OGP and he always comes to work late for at least 30 minutes. And when he comes, he is outta here the first chance that he gets. I’m tired of covering for 2 people in this mess and I’m seriously considering quitting because nothing is changing. I talked to my TL about him and he supposedly had talked to him but everything is the same.
I don’t care if they offered me a salary of 5 associates I still don’t want to deal with this kind of bullsh^t. I have no tolerance for injustice.
This is a typical problem at Walmart and there is nothing you can do about it. So quitting is a good idea for having a better life.
Sometimes I wonder how this company became a billion dollar company with the sh^^^y system they have
If they are a multi hundred billion dollar company (which they are) that means this system is working perfectly bro. Just because it doesn’t work for associates, it doesn’t mean it’s not working for people at the top :)
