If I ever heard the phrase "we are a family" from any of these managers I might freak out and probably hurt some people. What the fck man? I don't need to hear this bullsht every other week while you don't give a flying fck about what I have to go through every single day in this mess. So fck off.
It's an american bullsh*t that is served everywhere in the world but mostly in America. People making higher than you trying to convince you that you are in this together with them and they actually have the same problems as you do and they actually help you get through your problems blah blah blah. You're not alone, believe me most people not only walmart associates but all the employees of america is tired of hearing this kind of bullsh*t. The bad news is it's never gonna stop because somebody convinced these people that this phrase works and that's why they are determined to keep using it even if it offers not a single positive f*cking thing.
Yeah they most probably will keep using it until someone punches them in the f*cking face
They expect us to be extremely motivated too! They think every single problem and complaint will be magically solved after we realized we are in fact are a big family and things happen in families.
The type of family that's coaching you if you spend more than 5 minutes in the restroom
All the walmart associates have daddy issues because of this bs bro
😭😭😭😭😭
