I love my stores helping culture
I feel terrified whenever I hop online and read about what’s happening in other people’s stores. I feel like what I have in my store in terms of culture, working environment, and teammates, is really rare at Walmart so I feel blessed. A great example would be us, as a team, helping each other whenever we can.
