I hate the short cutters
There is nothing I hate more about Walmart than the associates who are not giving their best. I know that everybody has their issues in their personal life but when you are a lazy fu^k for a month straight, you are giving me the right to think that there is surely something wrong with your work ethic. It’s not fair for me to bust my a^s for a whole month and then get paid the same amount as the guy that just walks around doing a whole bunch of nothing. They need to find better ways to assess the productivity of Walmart associates. It’s really not fair to us, the hard workers in this store.
Please shut your mouth.
Nobody needs to be a Michael Jordan to demand a higher work rate from their associates. We are in this together and your laziness affects my workload and therefore my mental health. So yeah, we have every right to talk sh^t about lazy people!
I blame management the most for this mess. They love to pay out money to people just for fun I guess.
Oh best believe they don't do that at all. They are on top of you 24/7 if you are not their favorite child. Some people have the luxury of not working as hard as others and I hate every single one of them that's all.
