I hate our new TL

He's new to deli, and he has no idea how things work so he keeps setting unrealistic deadlines and he won't back down whatever we tell him. Deli is usually as easy as it gets and he managed to make it almost unbearable to work here! What kind of an id^^t do you need to be to achieve that?

Our store lead is crazy mad because the cart pushers left all the carts in the parking lot last night.

Now he wants the overnight crew to stay past 7am to help but we all left. We work really hard and always bring the carts in overnight and its not fair to be upset with us for one night and all of this... Blame the cart pushers! Bringing in the carts makes it hard for us to do our job because everything is timed.. Good morning, everyone! ☀️ Cart pushers are supposed to bring all the carts in, right? If it were my job, I'd make sure the lot is clear every night. stop making more work for others, and everyone should do their job fully...

my tl is horrible. they are really bad at their job. when they aren't giving wrong information, they make up silly rules and act mean they are never around when i need money in my register or have problems with a customer.

All of the new appointed leads are that way in the beginning. They try to show ambition and what better way to invent the wheel than to put more (unnecessary) work on the shoulders of the employees. He or she will eventually calm down as it becomes clear that things don’t work like he or she imagined and the best way to do things is the way it’s always been done.

He'll calm down once one or two good performers leave and mention to HR that they left because of him.
