I don’t like complaints

I’m tired of Walmart associates complaining about their jobs on every platform that is related to work. It just doesn’t make any sense. If you are that uncomfortable at your job, just LEAVE! People are trying to ask questions and learn about how Walmart works. Nobody cares if a customer yells at you. Just move on with your life and stop complaining. Go invest that time and energy into something else and maybe things will change for you.

Allow them to be humans for God’s sake. People have emotions and it’s okay to share them wherever they want, whenever they want and however they want. Just like you shared yours.

They should share their emotions with their managers if they want things to get better.

If they did, we wouldn’t be hearing about those repetitive problems.

They're literally talking about how Walmart works????????? If that's considered complaining then it is what it is. What do you expect people to talk about?????
