I don't get why some of you even bother
I'm one of the slackers, as many of you call us. I admit that freely. Why? Because Walmart doesn't deserve better from me. I'll give back exactly how much I get and I don't get all that much. The pay is better than it used to be but it's still not good enough to ruin my health over. TLs and everybody above are incredibly rude and disrespectful. In fact, they're borderline abusive. So why would I bother to give more than a bare minimum? I'm more confused about why some of you try so hard in such a horrible environment.
I understand your point but is it really true what you say? You say that you’re a slacker., because you’re not appreciated, but would you be a hard and honest worker if you worked at a company with good pay, benefits, where the management treats you good and nobody is rude? Let’s be honest, I think not.

Speaking as a human being, this post is disgusting to me. I was taught to always give it my 100% and care about the job. Practically speaking, with that attitude you will probably end up better than me. If the company tolerates your slacking and mentality, well, I guess that’s good enough for them,so, by ale means continue what you’re doing.
