I don’t buy it

I’ve seen some people feeling blessed about their managers and working environment. Really guys? Please keep it to yourself. Most of us don’t have what you have. Your manager might let you know about how grateful they are for your work, mine learned my name last week and I’ve been working here for 6 months. I don’t want to hop online and see some people feeling great about their store, acting like it’s all fun and games. It’s clearly not. Let’s not mislead the people looking for jobs, shal

I'm sorry you don't have a good management team. Truly wish you could visit my store because we actually do have a great team. The store manager sets a high standard on how we (the underlings) are treated. And we are treated with respect. Been a associate for 18 years I've seen them come and go. Only the good ones stay.

That just shows how little they care about you

Thank you for someone pointing this out. Because I experienced the exact same problem you mentioned. I saw some positive posts about the working environment at Walmart, and hoped that mine would be similar or same to that. Even though I knew better (I also read all the terrifying posts as well) I still applied. Anyways, even though my manager knows my name, I wish she didn’t. Because she’s not the best person to work with. Co-workers, even worse. So as you can imagine when I faced the reality of what working at Walmart really is like, I was kinda disappointed.

I used to feel terrible about it when I read those kind of posts. Now I know that they are most probably full of sh^t.

Not all of them. Some people really have cool managers and co-workers.
