How to embrace that ONE upper management person ....

....that mostly rides the cos' whenever an associate is doing something they dislike, micromanages, hardly ever smiles, is the main reason why good workers will leave (and why security personnel won't do any extra tasks because of lack of appreciation from them), is overly critical of any self expressive ways of working thru any shift etc??? Naturally that person has been there since that club opened but has not ever been handed the keys to their own club. Are there others like this out there?? I swear I need to bring holy water sometimes!
