I am with Walmart for more than one year now and recently I got promoted and transferred to the bigger store which of course implies increased workload. For instance, one can say that management has taken me to the office seven times regarding my slow pace within the 9 months months that I have been working here, which is very irritating. The issue is that I am being transferred to different departments repeatedly with the same group of coworkers who always find fault with my work speed. It makes it very difficult to work fast and efficient when I'm constantly finding myself in a new workspace. In my previous store, I used to switch between departments, though there were not many departments, so it was convenient for me to adapt. That is to say, does anyone know how best to speed things up when you are always on the move to different places?
