How is this fair?
We do all the damn work and sometimes get sick doing it, we deal with all the rude customers, and who profits from it? We certainly don't. But upper management does. They're getting rich while some of us have to work two jobs to make it. How is this fair?

Who said it had to be fair. You signed up for the job, you know how it goes.
I gave up on feeling bad about all the unfairness. This is how capitalism works. Someone is always getting rich and someone is always getting exploited. Braking yourself about those things will bring you no good, given that you can’t change them. But look on the bright side. You are doing this job by your own choice. If you're so unsatisfied try to make it in another industry. Learn to code or something.
