How do you deal with boredom?
This job is so repetitive and so incredibly boring that I feel like it's slowly draining every ounce of joy from my life. This is the first job that made me feel like this. Do people have any tips or tricks on how to deal with this better? I'll take any advice at this point.
If you truly feel that way, by all means, leave.
I don't find it boring at all. You are right, some parts of a job are repetitive, but there are so many other unpredictable things happening during a day, sometimes even more than there should be. For me those repetitive actions turned out to be useful, as they give me a chance to relax and clear my mind.
From the context of your post I think it’s a safe assumption to say that you’re new. It might feel that way, but wait until you hit a couple of unsatisfied customers.
