I will be starting my first shift as a Walmart store associate tomorrow and I'm very excited 🎉 I just want to ask how should a Walmart associate be dressed. What are the Walmart associate clothing rules? What is the exact Walmart associate dress code I should follow? Are the rules set based on the state in which your store is located? Thanks in advance.

Just dress casually and not be extra then you should be fine. You can be comfortable and appropriate for the job at the same time and I would recommend doing that. Good luck buddy.

The customer experience is the most important thing and that's why you need to be extremely careful not to wear something that might scare the customers. They recently approved the hoodies but obviously you shouldn't put your hood on and run around the store that would scare the customers and you definitely would get in trouble 🙂 Also, you shouldn't be wearing inappropriate stuff such as extremely tight pants and ripped jeans and stuff.
