Having same problem for years

Times change, but people DO NOT. Today, just like any other day, I was cleaning a women’s toilet (NOTE: there are 3 different toilets for customers throughout the store), and a woman really calmly and slowly(obviously she wasn’t in a hurry) just waltzed in like the world was hers.. No matter how many stalls are available, I swear they always pick the one I’m cleaning. It’s so frustrating because it disrupts my work and makes it take longer to get everything done. Plus, it’s just awkward for everyone involved. I don’t get why people can't just pick another stall. Has someone found a way to solve this without offending the customers?

What my older colleagues taught me and it helped me immensely is to just block the entrance door with your cart. Hope it makes your work easier from now on ;)
