How do you guys draw a line when customers come to you wanting to lead a long and boring conversation while you firstly have a million things to do and secondly just don’t want to listen to them lead a half an hour long monologue.
You have to be direct and set your boundaries. It’s the only way not to be used by people in life generally.
At first I was feeling uncomfortable to tell them I have stuff to do, but after a while you just do it automatically. Some of them customers can get on your nerves fr fr.
