Overall, it's been quite the rollercoaster ride, and I've got some thoughts to share. First off, the pros: the pay is definitely good, and the benefits? Top-notch. I can't complain about that aspect at all. Plus, there's this sense of camaraderie and warmth within the company that's hard to find elsewhere. It truly feels like a tight-knit family, which is refreshing in the corporate world. But, and here's where it gets tricky, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The biggest issue I've encountered is the struggle of trying to please everyone. With such a family-oriented atmosphere, it's often challenging to fit everyone in and make sure everyone's happy. Unfortunately, this can sometimes lead to certain individuals feeling left out or overlooked, which isn't ideal. That being said, it's not a dealbreaker by any means. While it can be tough navigating these dynamics, it doesn't overshadow the positives of working here. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty decent place to work, but like any job, it has its ups and downs. Just thought I'd share my two cents with you all! Cheers!
