I have a coach that is reckless about handing out PTO. The man is like a final boss in a super hard game and only a handful of them can win the fight for their time off. Everyone at the store has stacked a bunch of hours and I’m wondering do I approach him for a vacation I’m planning. Do you have any methods that proved to be successful?

PTO is your basic right dude. If the coach doesn’t give in, go up the hierarchy until someone does. As simple as that.
