Exactly bro. No matter what you sell or for how much you sell it, no matter what new ‘rule’ you bring to the table for ‘customer satisfaction’, you’re never going to make customers happy because your own people hate you.
Hey experts, with all due respect I think they are doing pretty fine. They are running a multi hundred billion dollar company and they employ so many people they can even establish a country. So quit acting like you have all the answers and they don’t, because that's clearly not the case.
Just because your stupid problems wouldn’t get solved by your stupid managers, it doesn’t mean that Walmart is a sh^^^y place to work.
Yeah, I wish that was the case only for MY store. Are you living under a rock? Don’t you read what people post about their day to day struggles from DIFFERENT stores and states?
Complainers and negative minded people will never accomplish anything. So whoever has that type of mindset and character, needs to change. The sooner the better.
