It's like they've got a personal vendetta against the employees. No matter what you do, you're met with yelling and criticism. Ever been yelled at for trying to help a customer? Yup, that's a regular occurrence here. And don't even think about staying in your own area when it's busy. You'll get scolded for leaving, but then scolded again for not helping out elsewhere. It's a lose-lose situation. Let's talk about the overnight coach - a real piece of work, let me tell you. Always on your case, always finding something to nitpick about. You could pour your blood, sweat, and tears into your work, and they'd still find a reason to laugh at you and tell you you've done everything wrong. Oh, and customer service? Forget about it. You could be in the middle of helping a disabled customer, and they'd still expect you to drop everything and tend to their demands. It's a disgrace. But wait, there's more. Want to voice your concerns? Good luck with that. The store lead and overnight coach are as unfriendly as they come. Say one wrong thing and you're threatened with termination. And here's the kicker - only the favorites get any sort of recognition or opportunity for advancement. It's like a popularity contest rather than a workplace. Oh, and did I mention there's no discount on foods? Yeah, that's the icing on the cake. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place if you can. It's not worth the stress and frustration.
