My tl is a loud one. He loves to yell at you whenever he thinks you messed something up and other associates seem to be cool with it. They got used to him. They make no big of a deal but I do. I don’t like being yelled at for personal reasons and I’m very close to punch this motherfcker in the face if he ever yells at me ever again. Now I’m saying this but I know for a fact that he will do it again. He always does and when that happens I really don’t know what to do. I don’t want to do some stupid sht and lose my job and potentially my freedom but he really pushes me. Can I call walmart ethics on this guy? Does it make sense?
Definitely
Don't worry he will find a way to get away with it and you'll end up losing your job over some bullsh*t. Just shut up and think of him like he is a screaming baby or something. If he is like that, even though you think that others seem to be cool with him, they are most probably not and eventually this habit of his, the yelling, will bite him in the a^s very soon. So again, just be patient and shut up. He will go down. Don't go down with him. Don't lose your job with him.
Easier said than done tbh.
I know, but at least try it.
You can try the ethics but I don't think it would be enough for them to fire him
Unfortunately yes. Because "yelling" is subjective when you think about it. Even if you think you got yelled at, someone else might think that oh they are just having a heated convo.
try upping your game or ask for some help or advise that will put him in a position to do hid job correctly.remember quqality and quanity starts at the top. my store has no yelling but lacks quality supervision,my stores supers hands are somewhat tied resulting in an unprofessional store presentation.
