Don't blame me when I can't finish a task on time because I don't have any help. That's the best I can do my dear team lead. So why don't you help me by finding help and by trying to solve this understaffing saga? It's not fair for me to take the fall when sh^t hits the fan. We're in this together remember? If I fu^k up, it's your mistake too because my work ethic wasn't the reason for my fu^k up.
Well said. Maybe it's time for them to look in the mirror and ask why do we have to use one person for 3 different jobs?
