Does your salary depend on the size of your store?
So as I’m working at a Walmart in a smaller town, I was wondering whether Walmart’s salaries differ depending on the size of the Walmart you work at. I’m asking because I have a feeling that Walmart associates who work in larger towns have their stores larger, which means that they have more obligations in their workplace than I do. It’s just a wild guess and I wouldn’t even be that angry if it was true because I sometimes really feel that my job is super easy because of the low traffic it gets.

well here in the metro area our base of pay starting is 17$ an hour. how ever I have looked into other stores in small neighborhoods and my pay would not change if i did transfer. what is the base pay where you live? and you can go to me@walmart and just look at the position at other stores. it will tell you if you would go upon down in pay. there's your answer!
