Do NOT procrastinate!!

Do your job people! Do it on time! If you keep procrastinating and being lazy about it, somebody else will have to do your job and will hate your guts for it. The same person who did your job, because you procrastinated, will also procrastinate his job, and another associate will have to do his job. That just creates a terrible, toxic culture! Stop being the one who starts this terrible very hard ending cycle. Do your job and PLEASE DO NOT procrastinate!

Omg I'm just so glad someone is on the same page as me on this one. I've been pointing this out to my associates at my store but they just won't listen. They would just actually agree with me on this for like 2-3 days, then everyone is back to their old lazy habits. I'm just tired of this. If we want a better Walmart, we should be better associates.

Holding yourself accountable for your actions is not something we do here at WM

I mean I'm gonna be honest with you guys, I am someone who you guys would call a procrastinator and the reason I am the way I am is not my associates or my managers. It's the customers. It's not easy to see the aisle that you just did zoning on get destroyed 3 minutes later. Then I'm like, why bother zoning it again? Let them destroy it a little more than I'll do it. By the time I get there and do the job, somebody else will be doing it before me and that's fine at our store. Sometimes others got my back and sometimes I got others back. That's the culture. I know it might flip and get worse after a while but so far we didn't have any problems.

I hate to break it to you, but you will definitely have problems.

Respectfully I just don't believe you. There is no way associates aren't fighting or talking behind their backs whenever they have to clean up someone else's mess.
