Do fresh associates get paid for their training days?
My first day at Walmart is tomorrow and they said I will only have my orientation and not do any work yet. I was too shy to ask if I’m getting paid for the time I’m learning the job because my rent is due in 10 days and every penny matters.
don't worry, you do get paid even for the orientation hours.

why is this a problem? just ask whoever is around, TLs, managers, etc. whoever. they will all know the pay schedule
