Did they remove training altogether?

Based on the new people we're getting these days, it certainly feels like they did. If they didn't, what in the world are people doing during those sessions since they are certainly not learning anything useful?

I’ve noticed the same thing. Either they’re eliminating training or it is done in a very bad manner. In my time we were practically ready to take on any task right after training. Now you have to give them 6 months or something and then you can maybe expect that the work will be done properly.

Logic of the decision makers:Why invest in any kind of training when you have the store employees that will teach the newbies for free?
