Has anybody here ever felt like their time at walmart was up? I’m feeling that typa way rn and I really don’t know what to do bc the pay is good. I got used to a certain typa lifestyle that’s connected to my pay and I don’t want to lose it just because I’m burnt out. Don’t get me wrong I’m not down playing the feeling of burning out it might be a valid reason for someone else to leave the job but it’s not a valid reason for me atp. I have no idea what to do and I could use some advice tbh. Thanks in advance 😘
Easier said than done
Yeah that's right but it's still possible. People do it all the time. Consuming culture is one of the worst things that ever happened to us.
Consuming culture is probably the reason why you have a job right now buddy.
You can find good pay somewhere else if you don't feel like working here just leave. It's not more valuable than your mental health.
What about applying for a different position or requesting a transfer to another store?
That's a good idea
It's still the same sh^t tho
Well not really. Your entire routine would change. I think you should try it.
I don't know mane
I think I kinda leave no matter what but I'm just scared to admit
That's possible
You shouldn't be afraid to make bold decisions. You come to this life for once and you should make the most out of it.
Preciate you

I mean you can leave Walmart in a process. It might take a little longer but it might suit you better. I'm saying this because you said that you got used to a certain type of lifestyle and in my opinion, what you should do is to decrease your expenses day by day. Living below your means is always a good idea and in this case it's even a better idea. Once you feel the burnout, it never goes away. I'm sorry to break it down to you but, these are just facts.
