Customer drama

Two days ago, this lady bought some stuff, including milk. Today, she comes back, threatening to 'sue the he^l out of this place.' Her reason? She claims we sold her expired milk (which is impossible). She even brought the bottle to prove it, only to realize she was confusing the dates. But she didn’t stop there, she claimed the milk made her sick. The store manager told her maybe she shouldn’t buy milk anymore. She kept yelling for a few more minutes before leaving. I honestly don’t know if I’m supposed to feel bad for her or just think she’s a fu^^ing id^^t.

It’s not your problem if she’s allergic to milk. She should have been more responsible if she was this obsessed with her health.

How is she 100% sure that it was the milk?

Maybe she was sick before she had the milk, but she didn’t know?

We told her the exact same thing, but she was so mad that she didn’t even hear a word we said.

Did she only drink milk? If she was so sure, she should have probably only consumed milk before she vomited.

Can she even sue someone for this type of thing?

I think she can try, but she certainly can’t prove that the milk made her sick since it wasn’t expired. Also, Walmart didn’t force her to buy the milk at gunpoint; it was her choice. If she had an allergy, that’s her problem.
