Crash Course in Leadership
Manager went MIA last week during the busiest shift. Suddenly I’m the one telling people where to go, what to do, and how to handle customers. It was exhausting, but I’ll admit, it made me realize I could actually lead a team if I had to. Too bad leadership here comes with no extra pay.
