Managers expect us to treat each other like family members as associates but yet, they get mad as he^l even if we have a little chat about anything (even if it relates to work), claiming that we are wasting time. I can’t be a family with someone I can’t even speak to. I think they need to make their mind up about what they want us to do.
They expect you to be 100% productive and 100% social at Walmart in order to boost the chemistry of the team. Which is impossible. At my store, whenever I try to ask something to someone, TL says I should ask him instead. What if you have no fu^^ing clue about what I’m about to ask you?
Bs rules at walmart what else is new?
